2D1N KINABATANGAN – TUNGOG RAINFOREST ECO CAMP

Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up from Sandakan airport / Hotel, transfer to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehablitation Centre for feeding time 10am. Afterwards continue to Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre to have a closer look on the world smallest bear. Lunch at local restaurant before continuing overland journey to Kinabatangan. Arrive registration centre, short briefing by the local nature guide. Then transfer by boat to Tungog Rainforest Eco Camp (TREC). Check in and ready for your sunset cruise in search of wildlife. Return to TREC for your dinner and rest at your eco camp. (Lunch/Dinner)

Day 2

Sunrise river cruise along Kinabatangan River. Return to eco camp for breakfast. Free at leisure before checking out. Transfer by boat back to registration centre. Meet your driver and transfer back to Sandakan. Brief city tour (entrance fees at own expenses) before dropping off at your respective hotel / Sandakan airport. Lunch at own expenses/arrangement. (Breakfast)
