TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Full payment must be made 14 DAYS prior to the arrival of clients. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of reservations with respective suppliers without prior notice.

DEPOSIT

In certain circumstances, especially when hotels are running full or during peak season, hotels will require an advance deposit payment to secure reservations. Such deposits are usually required upon confirmation of rooms.

CANCELLATION

Hotels, carriers, restaurant, contractors or any other companies related to travel services may charge a cancellation fee depending on circumstances. If any cancellation charges apply, these charges will be billed to you. BORNEO ESCAPADE TOURS cannot be held responsible for cancellation charges due to unforeseen circumstances. Booking cancelled less than 14 working days before the date commencement subject to 50% cancellation fee, booking cancelled than 7 working days before the date commencement subject to 100% cancellation fee.

CHILD POLICY

Unless otherwise indicated, child age 3-11 is generally 75% of the ADULT rate. In any tour package that include accommodation, it is based on the child sharing one twin room with two adults. If adult, the full adult rate will apply. An extra bed for child may incur a surcharge.

REFUND

After commencement of tour, NO REFUND (in full or part) shall be given for services included in the itinerary that are not utilized.
