Tentative Itinerary
DAY 1
Pick up at Kota Kinabalu International Airport or hotel in Kota Kinabalu,overland drive over the ridges of mountain range, passing scenic countryside to reach Kinabalu Park. Walk along the many trails inside the park. Visit the mountain gallery located at Liwagu Restaurant. Check in hotel in Kundasang, get rest and overnight.
DAY 2
Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Park HQ for climbing registration. Transfer to Timpohon Gate, the climbing starting point. Start climbing about 5-8 hours to reach Laban Rata. Pack lunch along way. Dinner at Laban Rata and get rest. (B/PL/D)
DAY 3
Midnight supper. Start ascending at 2am to reach summit. Watch sunrise at the peak of Mount Kinabalu (4095m a.s.l). Return to Laban Rata for breakfast, start descending and reach Timpohon Gate before evening. Return to Kota Kinabalu by late afternoon. (Supper/B)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Full payment must be made 14 DAYS prior to the arrival of clients. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of reservations with respective suppliers without prior notice.
DEPOSIT
In certain circumstances, especially when hotels are running full or during peak season, hotels will require an advance deposit payment to secure reservations. Such deposits are usually required upon confirmation of rooms.
CANCELLATION
Hotels, carriers, restaurant, contractors or any other companies related to travel services may charge a cancellation fee depending on circumstances. If any cancellation charges apply, these charges will be billed to you. BORNEO ESCAPADE TOURS cannot be held responsible for cancellation charges due to unforeseen circumstances. Booking cancelled less than 14 working days before the date commencement subject to 50% cancellation fee, booking cancelled than 7 working days before the date commencement subject to 100% cancellation fee.
CHILD POLICY
Unless otherwise indicated, child age 3-11 is generally 75% of the ADULT rate. In any tour package that include accommodation, it is based on the child sharing one twin room with two adults. If adult, the full adult rate will apply. An extra bed for child may incur a surcharge.
REFUND
After commencement of tour, NO REFUND (in full or part) shall be given for services included in the itinerary that are not utilized.
